Due to the achievements along past 25 years, variational formulation and partial differential equations (PDE) are recognized as one of the more important approaches to deal with complex image processing problems.
In this research project we explore propose new mathematical models to address the problem of segmentation and to classification in the context of PolSAR (Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar) images and Medical Imaging. |
