The paper "Aorta Centerline Smoothing and Registration Using Variational Models", has been accepted as an oral presentation in the Seventh International Conference on Scale Space and Variational Methods in Computer Vision (SSVM 2019, Hofgeismar, Germany).
This is a joint work by researchers of CTIM, University of Santiago de Compostela and the University Hospital Complex of Santiago de Compostela. In this article, we present an application of variational techniques to the smoothing and registration of aorta centerlines.
