Accepted paper in MICCAI 2017 Conference

The paper, "Tracking the aortic lumen geometry by optimizing the 3D orientation of its cross-sections" has been accepted in the MICCAI 2017 Conference (Quebec City, September 10-14, 2017). This is a joint work of researchers of CTIM, Universidad de Santiago of Compostela and Complejo Hospitalario Universitario de Santiago. In this paper a fast incremental technique to compute the 3D geometry of the aortic lumen is proposed. The approach is based on the optimization of the 3D orientation of the cross-sections of the aorta.
